I have a bag of them now but haven't used them yet. I started fireforming 6.5-300 wby Peterson brass.

Have you already necked it down to 6.5?
I should have jumped on that peterson brass when I had a chance

All I did was run a 7mm mandrel in it and used the maltomeal method to fireform it to stw.

I'm getting same velocity that I did with the nosler brass with 1gr less powder.

But you are actually going from 6.5 up to 7??
