looking for 338 rum load data

I am in the process of having a 338 rum built. I m looking for input on what reciepes others have found and what has been the most accurate combinations. I will be using the rifle for elk hunting and some long range/bean field deer hunting.

I am in the process of having a 338 rum built. I m looking for input on what reciepes others have found and what has been the most accurate combinations. I will be using the rifle for elk hunting and some long range/bean field deer hunting.

My 338 RUM has a 26" barrel for hunting and realy likes the H 4831sc and H 1000 with
225gr and 250 gr accubonds.

The 225 gr works well on everthing and is a little flatter shooting.

The 250 gr Is what I like for ELK at extended ranges and will produce 1500 ft/lbs of energy
at 1200 yrds.

Both of these loads will shoot well under 1/2 MOA all day long.
