I have some RWS 300 Sherman brass that was FF and is pretty darn close to those dimensions. You should be able to run it thru your dies and FF it to your chamber.
Otherwise Grafs has some you can order.

Unless you get it from Grafs, you have to FF it. Even that will have a rounded shoulder that needs to be FF to your chamber.
Before we get to far Rich, would this work? The brass doesn't have a hard shoulder on it so I think it should push the rest of the way.

300 Sherman RWS brass and dies
$80 for the brass, 41 FF and 6 with multiple firings. I used those 6 for all the load development, pockets are still tight. $75 for the Dies.
