Longest coyote kill. Gun and what state u live in.

Yeah man, that set up is sweet! Im just starting to shoot my coyote silhouette target @ 575 yards. I hit low on the leg my first go round. had my zero on my app wrong.
I'm using a new barrel on a Tikka T3x in 6-284 on a 28'' Pac-Nor 1-13 twist. I got it up to 4400 FPS w/55 ballistic tips, but I backed it off for barrel life! Im down to 4320FPS.

Years ago I shot one here in MI running straight at me with a 30-06 at about 15 yards. I also shot one in SD at 158 paces with a .243.

That's all of mine...I think I need to hunt more of these.

577 yards 6.5 creed 140 berger. Shot him while hunting in Montana.

Did the 140 berger open up? I have shot several w/7mm mag & the 140 hunting just penciled through.

It did. We have also shot one at 526 and a whitetail at 530 with great results. Maybe its a velocity issue. We were shooting the hunting hybrids. Have since switched to eld-x

I shot this guy a few weeks ago at 521 yards with my 5R GenII 260 and prime 130gr ammo. Caught him out mousing in a field while I was pheasant hunting And my wife wonders why i take a rifle pheasant hunting...lol

Remington 700 .220 Swift at 287 yds. I am in central Mo, we don't have a lot of spots around here where you can see a yote at the range some of you have killed them.

280 yards with a 6.5 creedmoor mossberg patriot first time taking it out hunting and killed 2 coyotes with in that same distance
