Long Range 1000 and Over in MT

Where are there ranges in Montana that are 1000+yd, preferably in the Billings area? I had a range set up out to 1500 yds but rancher is always saying to wet, too dry, cattle are there, etc.. Can't blame him but need a new shooting range. Rod and Gun Club only goes to 300yds.
