Loading data on American Reloading blended shotshell powders?

Hi Folks,
I do a fair amount of shotgun shooting and am thinking about purchasing some powder from American Reloading Supply. They have listed flake powders but with limited data. Has anyone reloaded target variety shotshells with their stuff and do you have hull, primer & wad info.

Seems a little sketchy to me, but 20 grains seems about right for ~1200fps. I'd pick a wad, load up 6 and send them to precision reloading for pressure tests before cranking out a bunch. 20 grains of flake has probably never blown anything 12ga up, but could certainly be over 11.5k.
I'll add that I would use a federal, or any reifenhouser type hull with a straight wall wad as well. Will keep pressures lower.
