I had to stop in to have a conversation with my insurance agent yesterday and was greeted at the door by a Rhodesian Ridgeback. What a beautiful dog! This one was a liver nose as I was told but the golden eyes are just plain stunning!
She was full grown but very calm and actually extremely friendly given that I was a stranger. I sat down on the floor and she put her head on my lap while my agent and I had a brief discussion. I hated to get up to leave.
Curiosity led me to look them up on the web where there is lots of information about the breed. Boy are they expensive though. I don't have time for dog with my schedule but I sure was impressed by this dog.
