A 90 gr will do ok if you push it above 3000 ft/sec.

I like the 120 in the 7/08 @ 3000+.

Thanks for the reply JE. I wanted to shoot some of the lighter ballistic tips (140gr range) or some other fragmenting bullet at some varmints in the summer. I'm not hung up on BTs just something that will come apart or not continue down range with much energy after it contacts somthing. BTW its a 7mm wsm.

Thats what I shoot in my 7 WSM.

A 140gr accubond for hunting and a 140gr NBT for everthing else (Varmints and hogs).

You will have no trouble with the 1 in 9 twist with any bullet.

I have used 1in 9 , 1 in 9&1/4, 1 in 9& 1/2 and all shot well.
