No, it is just the MOA marked knob that comes on all CDS model Scopes.

There is an unused coupon that comes in the box that I believe entitles the owner to a free CDS dial. You call the custom shop with coupon code and your ballistics, they ship a dial. I haven't done any thing other than take it out of the box and looked at it a couple of times.

It's basically the equivalent of a display model.
