Leupold ts-32x1 reticle

I have a Leupold Mark IV 4.5-14x40 with duplex reticle and will be mounting it on a Tikka ctr 260. I am wanting to change the reticle in my scope from duplex to the new ts-32x1 reticle . Does anyone have any experience with this reticle? What are your thoughts? Thanks

I run them in 3 VX3s and love them. Reduces dialing and they are easy to use. I'm adding a 29moa version to my 6.5x20 very soon.
