Set of 1" Millet, Steel, Smooth scope rings no bases.
Matte finish
Either Medium or High, I can not determine: for sure they are not low!
$30 shp'd/insured lower 48.
Condition is excellent/like new, as new.....

Condition is good to very good, matte finish, adjusable left / right Windage
From what I searched on the 'net' the rings alone were 30-35 bucks....
This set of rings plus the bases: $35 ship'd insured lower 48.
