Leupold HD or Bushnell elite tactical spotter?

Hey Guys,
I cant make up my mind between the Leopold 12x40x60 Gold Ring HD spotter and the Bushnell 8x40x60 elite tactical spotter.

Any opinions? Will be used for lightweight backing/glassing, hunting and target shooting.
