I have tried to contact leupold through there website message service, but after many attempts no reply has ever been generated.
Does someone have a direct email address that I can use to talk to someone who works in there workshop.

I've always just called them myself, sometimes you may have to wait a while but you get thru. 1-800-leupold or 503-526-1400 8:00am to 4:30 pm M-F. Hope this helps you out. Barry

These company's are so overloaded with email they just don't respond. Making a call works at least with Leupold.

+1 ! Their technical service advisors have always been extremely helpful and their phone "wait query" is the best (always know your wait times, if any)!
