I have a leupold 2 piece steel weaver style base set for Rem 700, matte finish.
Also have a set of Leupolds 30mm "high" PRW steel (weaver style) rings, matte finish.
Both are used, but in great shape. These are heavy duty base/rings that will last a lifetime with no zero changes.
Asking $20 shipped for the base, and $40 shipped for the rings.
