Anybody use one? Might be just right for backpack hunting. Just bought one from Bear Basin.

I picked one up the other day at a local shop-- I didn't care for it as it didn't have a hole for a mount. (Tripod, Window, etc.)Optics were as expected, but I was disappointed in the ergonomics and design.

Chris-- just got mine in yesterday. It does have a tripod adaptor. It's right below the objective lens, but you've got to put the deally (a tripod adaptor adaptor actually) in the hole (screws in), but i didn't like the system too well (thought it might loosen up), so i put a drop of nail polish enamel on the screw threads-- pretty solid now. Nice optic, and bright ( seems a little better than my B+L 15-45X Elite), and just as backpackable as it gets.
