I think that is what we filmed. Tried for two weeks to get better pics but couldn't. Haven't seen it again for about two weeks.

I wonder how large of a range they have? Do they cover multiple states even? We have kept our eyes open and haven't spotted it again.
 
Awesome bird! We get a lot of Harlan's Red tailed hawks up here but I have never seen a leucistic one.
