I bought from him in the past. He's a solid seller.
I will say though that he sent me the wrong tripod. I believe it was an honest mistake. He did offer to let me keep it at a discounted price, but I chose to return it instead.
It wouldn't stop me from buying another from him in the future though. Solid communication the whole way.
