Leica 2800.com longevity

I've been kicking around getting a Leica 2800.com rangefinder. How's the longevity on these? I've seen a lot of comments and videos on people use and first impressions but no long term reviews. How's Leica for warranty?

Leica customer service has been amazing the last few years and their product quality is among the best in the industry

I bought one last year. Have it linked to a Kestrel. No complaints so far other than I cannot figure out how to keep the Kestrel from "Going to Sleep" and having to restart everything.

Buddy has had a leica rf for close to 20 years and still works flawlessly.

I've been using them for a long time too, but the 2800 is pretty new. They only came out last year or the year before. They are an improvement over my old 1600B. These things range well and have great optics. I will often leave my binos in camp.
