Cool, I am going to try and find that manual online and have a look. Did yours require you to choose a curve for it to function this way?

This sounds like it's just what I need....

No ballistic curve in play. I did have to fool with it quite a bit before I got what I wanted. The user manual sucks but kinda gives you an idea of what you can get.

If you get one you will find that the temp is slow to adjust from in a pocket to out so I carry mine fastened to my pack shoulder starp so it does not need to adjust.
