I had Dallas chamber and barrel a Mark V action I wasn't using. Has a custom shortened freebore, (1/2 standard Wby freebore), so you can set longer bullets close to, or on the lands. I shoot 168 LRX bullets at 3,150 with Retumbo for consistent sub .5 MOA performance, often even better. It has Sunnyhill bottom metal and a cool two toned Ceracote job, also done by Dallas. Stock is a B&C, bedded with Devcon and free-float, with a reworked Wby trigger, nice and crisp at 2.5 lbs. Barrel is a Bartlien 3b contour.
I'm in CA, so its the LRX for me to hunt with. I've also played with both the 180 and 195 Bergers and both shot well, but I never tuned a load. Rifle has exactly 209 rounds through it. Weight as pictured is 10.6 lbs
Looking for $1,500 or best offer, rifle and rings only.
Thanks,
John
