Krieger Barrel Question???

Can someone tell me how close a krieger standard palma contour to a sendero contour barrel? Also what would the weight difference be?

The standard palma is about a pound heavier which is all in the shank. The sendero contour is the same as the remington varmint contour that Krieger offers.

I see well I think thats a little heavy for what I want. I was wanting something a little lighter than the sendero contour.

Look into a #4 or #5 they are about a pound to a half pound lighter then a rem varmint. get it fluted and knock a about another HALF pound off.

Austin.....the light palma is the same weight as the sendero. The palma crowns at .750" and the sendero at .830".....Rich

The Krieger website has their contour dimension listed. They will also do custom contours.
I ordered a custom one last week.
