Kowa 2x20 Binoculars - Information, please

Yesterday I picked up a pair of small binoculars. On the focus wheel, it says 'KOWA OPTICAL WORKS' 'J-E-58' PPOMINAR (yes, pp rather than pr) 'J-B-88'. On the inside aspect it says '2X20' and 'No. 11356'

Any help or point in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
