KO Tactical Hunting Jacket & Pants

Does anyone here own any of the Koss Outdoors Tactical hunting pants and jacket? If so, what are your thoughts on them? I am thinking about purchasing some, but I'm hesitant at the moment because of the literature on it. For instance, there is a part on there that says it is Water Repellent instead of Water Resistant. So, does this mean it repels water, but still gets wet or does it actually keep you dry? I love the Hoch pattern and considering on buying some, but your input is appreciated. Thanks
