Just wondering if anyone has used a tripod mounted Kley-Zion universal clamp? I stumbled across a website selling them and they look like a less expensive alternative to a hog saddle or triclawps. Where I hunt in north Idaho, doesn't present many opportunities for prone position shots. I seem to be sitting on steep hillsides most of the time and was thinking that using a tripod and clamp might be a good setup for my style of hunting. I know you get what you pay for most of the time so I figured I would ask around before pulling the trigger on one of these.
