Kimber 84m Barrel measurements

Im thinking about buying a 308 Kimber hunter and chopping/threading barrel at either 16" or 18". Does anyone have a Kimber 84m that they could measure the barrel diameter at these locations?

Hoping to get a 5/8x24 thread on it instead of a 1/2x28 and adapter (I don't like stacking tolerances).

.60 at 16" , .584 at 18". there is a reason they thread them at 7/16ths.....

or you can have TBAC install their adapter that shoulders on the end of the barrel, instead of shouldering on the threads...
