KE Arms KE19 Gen 3 GLock 19 optic cut slide with RMR footprint and cover plate.
Has all the eternals but no barrel/recoil spring. No sights on it but can put some Glock plastic sights on if wanted.
This is the Charlie Slide listed on their website. Only difference on the picture from their site is that
this one has cutouts in the front serrations on both sides and top so a barrel would be visible through slide would probably work with a ported barrel as well.
