The binocular is arguably the most used tool in the hunter's toolbox. Whether still-hunting whitetails in Tennessee, stalking antelope throughout the grasslands of Wyoming, pursuing mule deer in the badlands of the Dakotas, looking for that trophy bull elk in the mountains of Nevada, or searching for the distinguished African gemsbock, more time is spent peering through a binocular than time spent on the rifle itself. For this reason alone, investment in a very nice binocular should be at the top of every hunter's priority. Enter Kahles optics direct from Austria. Read More...

I have these in 8x42and they are nothing short of remarkable . I packed them around on a spot and stalk bear hunt in WY this past June and were used several hours a day with out causing eye strain and the low light performance edge to edge clarity is second to none.
I had never owned a pair of bino's of this caliber before though I had looked through several upper end pair,. After hunting with these on two trips out west I can tell you that my sighting of game and the quality of view went through the roof. If nothing else it makes the hunt so much more enjoyable and memorable. A man once told me if you have only 1k to spend on a rifle, scope and binoculars he said spend $250 on a pawn shop gun and $750 on a good binoculars. I kinda blew that advice off but once I purchased a great pair I now wish I had spent the money 20 years ago.
