I'm curious of what size steak you have for dinner Feenix? 
LOL! The steak was a tad over 2 lbs, and my wife and I did not finish it. Lunch usually is our heaviest meal of the day. SoI'm curious of what size steak you have for dinner Feenix?
Love the char and rare...OMG drooling! Nice tossed salad and I would be in heaven! Well maybe with really cold beer.

Today, we had fresh Salmon, mountain trout on the grill and the usual North Carolina "fixins". And, my favorite….home made ice cream.

Those are some good pieces of meat. I had one right at 3 lbs last Friday. Ate on it for 2 days.
