Its been Glass bedded and Seekins pillars installed for the bottom metal. It's bedded and inletted for a Rem 700 PSS (the factory recoil lug, Sendero couture) If you need a bigger barrel channel it can be easily opened up with some sanding.

I have been using Joel's stocks for over 4 years and love them, Replacing this one with another Joel creation in highly figured Maple for a tactical comp gun. I just sent my barreled action to him to start the new stock build, so I need to move this one. This one is used but I just wet sanded it and refinished it with Auto clear coat for the next owner. Its nice because if you ding it you can always re-sand it and shoot it again! Just like new.
