Jewel Triggers... What are yours set at?

I'm getting my first custom rifle soon. What should I set the trigger too? Are they easy to adjust?

Very easy to adjust. Instructions included but it's just one Allen key inside the trigger guard unless you want to get right carried away. I run mine at 1.5 lbs

I also run mine at 1.5 pounds. The only guns I adjust with less trigger resistance are my bench rest rifles - but they only get loaded and fired on the bench; they aren't carried.

2 lb on my hunting rifle & 1 lb on my LR steel shooter.

My triggers set at 2.5-3.5#.

Two at 1.5 lb and another at 8 oz. I think i will change the 8 oz to 1.5 lb. For me 1.5lb seems about right.

About 8oz on both my LR rigs that wear jewels & ~10oz (I think) on another LR rig that wears a Shilen Competition trigger.

My hunting rigs are 12oz and my target only guns are 2oz.

interesting to see the weights that all you guys set your triggers too.... lighter than I would have thought on hunting rifles.

I've got both of my Jewels on hunting rifles and they sit at 2.25 #'s. But then that probably sounds heavy to everybody else here.
