thaca lefever grade A shotgun, side by side, 12 gauge(made in 1940 by serial number look up, # 71XXX )
its in good condition, has excellent case coloring, and game scene , bluing is in about 60 -65 %, front stock however has a chip missing from it about 3/4 of an inch or so, no functional issue's but is cosmetic ,(new replacement stocks are still available as are some very pretty nice high end one's
MY original plans for this gun was to re blue the barrels(or Cerra ckote them)
and add some higher end wood, and it would be one hell of a pretty gun for hunting with!
and a hell of a conversation piece!
