I bought a cheaper savage 110 7mm-08. They are easier to find than youth models and have a stock spacer that can be taken out to shorten the stock to youth stock length of pull. And also have a 20" barrel to keep them compact.

I can't stand the new savages. They are beyond ugly. But I'm sure they shoot well as did all my savage rifles. Hoping someone had a 700, model 70, or xbolt they were looking to unload.

Yea. The stocks could use some help but the new adj stocks work. And this one shoots really well.

I have a Browning X-bolt Micro Midas in 7mm-08 just like the one pictured here. Like new condition, maybe 20 rounds down the barrel. It is not threaded though.

Custom 7-08. HS Precision stock with a 12.5 LOP. Made it for my grandson who has now out grew the stock. Stiller Predator action, Hart barrel, green Cerakote. 2900.00 without scope and bipod. Built for a kid.
