Hello! I am looking to build my dad a rifle for Christmas and am looking at 7mm PRC and 7mm Magnum carbon fiber barreled actions and complete rifles. New or used in great shape are both welcome. My price range is flexible, please show me what ya got!

Looks like you can add a trigger to it right there..so you'd need a stock/chassis, scope, bottom metal setup and whichever muzzle device you'd like
