Is there any other scope MFG out there that offers a minimum of 32X(on the high side), adjustable magnification, 1/8 clicks, with a side focus besides March in a scope?

I want an extreme long range scope, with a finer adjustment than 1/4 MOA.

Sightron 10x50x60mm has 1/8 minute adjustment, there are probably others but that one I am familiar with.

When you go from the 8-32 to the 10-50 in the sightron you lose 20 MOA of elevation. 8-32 has 70 MOA the 10-50 has 50 MOA.Depending on the range your talking about shooting and the caliber you gonna be using this could be an issue.

Since I had the 8-32 I have not hunted a day yet where I felt I could have cranked it up beyond 32x.

I now Nightforce has a 12-42 if I'm not mistaken but I'm not sure what the click values are.

The reviews of the Sightron 10-50 don't sound real hot.

32x is plenty for max I just don't want less. I can't get 1/8 clicks in a NF and SF. A canted based would resolve any elevation issues I'd have. I'm just piecing together my next gun a 338-408 improved of some sort.

Now I just need a good solid spring to fund the build!:D

John,

Are you sure you want 1/8 clicks for a long range rifle? A target at 2000 yards it only makes a 2.5 inch differance in each click value. 1/4 would be 5" and 1/8 would be 2.5". I personally wouldn't go with the 1/8 I think it is to fine for long range.

You could always go this route. I think Russo had something of this sort on one of is cheytacs at one time for 1 mile shooting. It may not have been the Ivey but I think it was similar.

I understand NF will soon have available their BR models with 1/8 click value and side focus.

That's exactly why I want 1/8 clicks. I guess I figure I'll always be 2.5" off of my desired POI or close to it. I haven't purchased anything yet (plenty of time there) and your point makes sense.
