Is AA-2700 the same thing as H414

We know H414 and WW 760 are identical powders,but what about AA-2700 ?

morning, RL15, WW760, H414, 4064, 4320 all have different burn rates.
the bullet weights, length, and ogive can dictate the accuracy of the
load used. I use all of these powders with very good success.
243AI, 6mmAI, 250 sav., 22-250AI and 308.

Not the same, but very close on the burn rate chart. 414 very slightly faster.

I called Winchester and Hornady a few years ago when I heard WW760 and H414 are the same. Both told me they are. They vary from lot to lot just like other powders.

I've always heard and believed they were the same.
