Yep, they look like Sierra 140gr HPBT number 1835. From the picture on the Graf website, they look very tarnished. Nothing an hour or 2 in the wet tumbler can't fix. $0.28 each isn't bad, but not a fantastic price given they are seconds.
Shoot, I've got 4 or 5 brand new factory sealed boxes of those I'd sell at that price.
