I have a Rock Creek HV 1-7 or 7.25 twist chambered by Elite Accuracy in 25x47 with a Blackjack spec'd reamer for the Blackjack Bullets 131gr ace. It has 350 rounds fired, cerakoted and comes with muzzle brake in picture.

Instead of a 6.5x47 Lapua cartridge it is a 25x47 Lapua cartridge so you neck down from 6.5 caliber to 25 caliber. Very simple using a 6.5x47 bushing die with the correct bushing for the 25.
Barrel is 26" long I think, I'll have to verify.

Barrel is chambered with a Blackjack spec'd reamer so you can use the Ace 131gr bullets.
