Identify Priming Arm

Can someone identity this. Bought a box of random gun stuff at an antique store to get the brick of large pistol primers that was in there for some reason. Appears to be a primer seating arm for large primers.

It is for a Lee cast press. It fits in the ram. Your case fits in a shell holder that is screwed in where your die normally is. You put a primer in the little cup at the top and then raise the ram and seat the primer. It is called a Lee Ram Prime. There are two cup sizes. Large primer and small primer.
