Apparently Molloy has upheld the delisting of wolves. Reports say he wasn't happy, and is continuing to provide the anti's legal advice on the best way to approach the 9th circuit court of appeals to make new law.
There must be a lawyer on this site, so my question for them, is it common for Judges to provide one side with legal advice?
