I need help with a .300 prc build.

Working on a new build, and need some advice. The rifle will be mainly used at a range from 1000y to one mile, unless I can find a range thats stretches farther, though I may hunt with it as well. I am going with a Impact Precision action. I'm leaning towards Bartlein 1/8 twist 28" for 245g rounds. I'm leaning towards a TT diamond 2 stage. I'm leaning for a chassis and being adjustable, as I'm 6'4", and my daughter who will inherit the rifle is 5'6". Would prefer the rifle be 12lb+ to take a lil of the recoil away for my daughter. Would like to keep the chassis under 2k. I already have a banish 30 gold suppressor, and quick attach muzzle break for it and a set of atlas bipods for it. The scope will be a vortex strike eagle 5-25×56 untill I save up for a vortex razor gen 3 6-36x56. Guess my question is, is there a better build for 1000y-2000y?

The only thing height has to do with any long gun is lenght of pull. So, either she'll need to shorten it or have some sort of adjustable stock/recoil pads. Other thanthat an8 twist would be a good choice as that's what I'll do on my 300nm. Have you thought about whether it'll be an dbm or bdl/adl and cartridge length? CIP+ 3 850" might be short due to case and bullet lengths may cause deep seating (or just deeper than you want)? I only have 2 chassis's I've used (woox & mdt), but I'm not much of an expert on that! When going on BIG 30's and using 230gr +, I would go 4+" mag box and make sure the action is compatible!

I have several vortex 5-25×56 (pst gen2) is like. I have yet to buy a variable scope that cost over 1,500. Just my preference.

For your intended ranges, a 338 is a much better choice.
I wouldn't choose a 30 cal in a PRC for ELR, RUM or bigger, like an XC case would be the minimum. NMI is another choice.
It is my firm belief through 20+ years perfecting my own wildcats on the Rigby Improved case, that you NEED a minimum of 3000fps with your chosen bullet at the muzzle, more is even better.
If you can't start them fast, they are not gonna buck the wind as well, time of flight is EVERYTHING.

Already have the 30 cal supressor, not looking to drop anther 1k-2k for one for a .338. And balistically, from what I have read, .300 prc, and .338lm are extremely close in balistics for paper/steel out to a mile. Though a second barrel in .338 is def on the bucket list.

Also, I don't have a reloading setup, So, I would be using factory ammo till I save for a reloading setup. 300prc is going for around 60$ per 20 rounds, .338lapua is going 120$ per 20...

The strike eagle 5-25×56 does plenty well out to 1000y. Would prefer better glass when I step out to 1 mile or more.

The only + I can find on 33cals is weight and very little bc gain with comparable bullets. Those heavier drop more. Giving up impact energy over drop for paper isn't worth the extra powder in my book. YMMV? 250gr 30cal is far better than 250gr 33cal bc wise. Depending on which 250gr there's .100 difference. Jumping from 1 mile to 2k can be a lot. I have no confirmed numbers, only computer generated with those. On that same note using 150gr smk 26cal in my setup, it's still supersonic passed 2k.
