I can use my 7mmSAUM dies for my 6.5mm SAUM, correct?

I've got a brand new set of Hornady Match grade bushing dies in 7mmSAUM - I assume that if I pull the expander ball out of the sizing die and use the correct size neck bushing, that I can just run my 6.5 SAUM brass (Norma and Hornady factory 6.5 SAUM headstamp) through the sizer die, correct? And I have the same Hornady bushing dies in 6.5 creedmoor - I assume I can just pull the 6.5 seater stem out of my creedmoor dies and plop it in the 7mmSAUM seater die and I'm good to go?

I'd order some dedicated 6.5 SAUM dies but Hornady isn't making them in these match grade bushing dies yet.

Theres a GAP version and some others of the 6.5 saum out there, to be on the safe side I would compare your 6.5 saum's reamer print to a 7 saum

Mine is a GA Precision so I guess I'd better give them a call.

Yep you can. That's what GAP used when they started selling the dies, a 7mm SAUM type S die with 290 bushing.

And they used a comp seater die with 6.5 VLD seater stem plug.
