I am looking to buy a HS-Precision SPL Rifle chambered in any of the following calibers (Any of the 6.5 Creedmoor, 6.5 PRC, .260, .270, or .257 Weatherby)

There is one in 6.5 Creed at the LGS here. That same stock color as your photo, but no threaded muzzle. It is in excellent condition. I think they are asking $3200? I can check if you like.
