I recently picked up a tripod with a reaper rest. I was hoping someone could share some good tips to help with accuracy.

Have done quite a lot of shooting from various tripods,
much depends on the cartridge size and recoil.
Any type rest is better than none, at least for one shot.
But when hunting, quick follow up shots are quite often required. Therein lies the problem with some of the tripod systems, especially with guns having considerable recoil. There are a few very good ones, but they aren't designed to be carried around while you hunt.

Just bought an outdoorsmans tripod. They make a rear support that is really trick that attaches to their tripod but Ive been working so much lately I havent shot off of it yet. It appears to be the most packable Ive seen and is built really well.
