How to post pic in conversation

how do you post a picture while in a conversation ? There is no upload file option on bottom.

Nope it just shows post reply and more options bar.

I've tested your permissions, and you have the correct settings. I would ask you look again. Here are the screenshots of what it would look like:

That is a nice corrective fix.
I have had that problem in the past.
