My bro isn't on this forum but is wanting to build a suppressor friendly hunting rifle. He has a 16" Proof barrel and a intermediate length action. He strictly reloades. He's not some long distance killer so most shots would be under 500 yards. I know he would be losing some velocity with a shorter barrel but does anyone see any problems with this setup?
