Yes it is i bought these local yesterday and was salting at my cost to help someone out. I reload and don't really need them. But I will shoot them anyway.

I wasn't meaning to make ya mad or anything against you for trying to sell them for what ya bought them for it's just the fact that even big name stores are jacking up there prices due to the fact of short demand and I think it's bs
