Best load for me was 42 grains of rl-17 .005 off the lands. Produced a .169 moa group. Velocity was 2875 with a ES of 8. Second best load was 42 grains of H4350

RL 17 is suppose to give high velocity equal to Superformance?
I was almost to the place of just shooting the 130gr Swift Scirocco............but as much good as I have heard about the Bullets performance I could just keep them about .8-.9 The trouble with that is once you started shooting groups at .5 or less. .8 is huge.
I will try it out................thanks

It does seem to produce higher velocities at a lower pressure. I ran as high as 43 grains with still no pressure but my accuracy node was at 42 and I was pleased with 2875. Just a word of caution, if you experience cold weather where you live chances are you'll have to have a winter time load due to rl-17 being temp sensitive. I developed my load in the summer then when winter hit my groups opened up to .6-.75. I switched to H4350 and I went back to .25 moa. I had to sacrifice velocity by going to h4350 but at least it's temp stable for cold weather. I'll switch back to rl-17 when spring comes back.
