Works. Not pretty. Has horn speaker attached to a radio shack battery powered amp attached to a nady wireless receiver. Other side has a cheep mp3 player attached to a nady wireless transmitter. Mp3 player has some sounds I found for free on it. Wireless setup will let you put speaker about twenty feet away. Comes in a small camo bag. $60 shipped. USPS money order or paypal. You pay fees.
