I built one similar to that 20 years ago. No front wheels, just made slides/skis for the front and it had the big back tires. Had a cable to engage the pulley to drive the blade. Blade was too heavy to start the engine if the blade was spinning. Once it was running, there was not much it would not cut. I had 8.75" of blade showing and the biggest thing I cut down was a 8" pine, and it went through it like a hot knife. I used it to cut trails, but the saw teeth I had were very aggressive. Cut trees and 2-3" stuff great, but hated small stuff. Small stuff would get inside the cutting tip and bind and stop the blade. I still have it out int he scrap yard if someone wants it.
