Henry 12 Gauge slug gun with Vortex scope, extended hammer bar and all the ammo pictured. This is one firearm I did not make any notes on so I do not recall what my best group was at 100 yards and I am really not sure exactly how many rounds I fired through it. I would guess 2-4 boxes max, it was never used much. I bought it to hunt hogs with but never took it hunting.
